is a corrective exercise specialist whose programmed session are designed for the individual needs and goals of each of his clients. He is driven to deliver the results his clients can see and feel immediately. 

Sessions Include: 

- 5 mins of flexibility training to ensure full range of motion and eliminate tightness and inflammation in the body. 

- 5 min Warm-up of corrective functional movements - this is where I align your movements and posture when exercising and generally.

- 30 mins of HITT corrective exercises focusing on the areas your body needs and your personal goals. 

- 7 minutes of dedicated abdominal and core strengthening exercises. 

- Sessions end with 15 mins of passive stretching and essential body oil massage.
